Function: setIdFor(object)

Description: Sets and returns a string id for any object type.

Returns: String.

Note: Any type of object is supported. If an id is already set for that object, the previously set id will be returned. After an id is set, it can be used to get the bound object.

Example:

// Set an id for an object.

var myId = $A.setIdFor(domElement);
